The beautiful northwest town of Broome will come alive with 10 days of festivities that showcases talents of Broome including traditional and contemporary arts, and industry, community and tourism events which celebrate and acknowledge the town’s unique culture, history and diversity.
Shinju Matsuri encourages all cultural groups from the Broome community to participate in the celebrations to develop constructive and harmonious Broome community relationships.
You are invited to design and drive a float, perform on stage, submit a work for the art prize, carry a flag, steer a boat, participate in a workshop, taste pearl meat and honor our patrons
