The Act-Belong-Commit Campaign was piloted in six regional communities (Albany, Esperance, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Karratha and Northam) 2005-2007. The project studied and documented ways to develop and implement partnerships and build community cohesion by fostering links between individuals and organisations.\
